Go to Tools, then User accounts.

- You can create Local account (or change the password).

- You can create Clificol (RadarOpus Cloud) account.

How to change your Name & Address details
You can also make changes to your Name and Address details via the menu Tools, then User accounts

Your practitioner name and address details are used on the invoices.

The Login and Password protects your RadarOpus database.
If you restore your backup for example to a different computer into RadarOpus, you will need to login with
the same Login and Password. For more information also read the installation manual

Database and Backup are Password protected & Encrypted
(already mentioned above)

- The RadarOpus database itself is encrypted and password protected.

- From Version 2.2 onwards the RadarOpus Backup (Tools, Database management, Backup) consists of one
file, which 1s encrypted and password protected.

- If you would install on a new computer a RadarOpus, and then restore your RadarOpus backup created on a
different computer, you will need to use the previous login and password to start RadarOpus.

Move your RadarOpus license to a different computer
If you are using a softkey-protected RadarOpus license, from version 2.2 onwards you will be able to move
your license to a new computer.

This feature will come soon after the release of RadarOpus 2.2
